Regenerating an SSH Host Key

Use ssh-keygen, just like you would with an account’s key pair:

# ssh-keygen -f /etc/ssh/ssh_host_rsa_key -N '' -t rsa
# ssh-keygen -f /etc/ssh/ssh_host_dsa_key -N '' -t dsa
